All students (and stakeholders) are encouraged to provide regular feedback in relation to course delivery and the conduct of assessments. Provision for feedback to be provided anonymously is also available. Feedback is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy and Personal Information Policy.
All feedback received is analysed and, where relevant, used to improve the quality of our future training and assessment services. It is shared with relevant staff members for their personal and professional development. Students can chose to remain anonymous in this process.
Students may provide feedback and suggestions to us through the Student feedback/suggestions form, available in the Student Portal (online).
