Learning support

We recognise that students have varying learning needs and abilities. We are committed to identifying and addressing individual training needs and assisting students to achieve their goals and potential.

Our instructors and assessors are trained and committed to assist each student with their progress through the course and their individual learning needs. Our instructors are the first point of contact for concerns about student progress, learning and assessments.

If students experience further issues with their study, they should contact the Student Support Officer who will arrange for appropriate support. These services are provided at no cost to the student and may involve:

  • advice;
  • one-on-one, or small group mentoring/coaching; and
  • sourcing alternative learning resources.
