Issue of qualifications
Students who successfully complete a nationally recognised Tertiary / VET course are deemed to have attained the qualification and are issued with:
- a Qualification Testamur; and
- a Record of Results.
To be eligible for issue you must successfully and fully complete all assessments and requirements for the qualification/course with us and you must have achieved the required standard of attendance over the course.
If your course has ended and you have not yet attained the qualification, you may request a Statement of Attainment (see section below).
The documents will be ordinarily be issued to you within 30 days of the completion of your course. We will send you an electronic scanned version by email and the original documents by Australia Post. Please contact us if your require your documents before then, or if you have not received your documents.
Issue of a Statement of Attainment
If you do not complete a course and/or you have not attained the qualification (see above), you may request a Statement of Attainment. The statement lists the individual units of competence for which you have been assessed as competent. Units of competence that you have not completed and/or you have been assessed as not-yet-competent are not listed on the statement.
A Statement of Attainment is provided to you by request only. Please contact us and request this in writing stating your name, student ID, your enrolled course code; and your current postal address, phone contact and email address. The document will be ordinarily be issued to you within 21 days of your request. We will send you an electronic scanned version by email and the original document by Australia Post.
Re-issue of documents
We will, on request, replace a previously issued testamur, Record of Results or Statement of Attainment, as a result of loss or damage. All requests are to be made in writing. We will charge you an administration fee of $25.00 for each document.
