Payment options for overseas students
Easy-to-use options for any type of visa
The payment option you select will depend on the type of visa you use to enter Australia. Read more about visas and studying in Australia.
The options available for each course are:
- listed on the page for that course in the ‘Fees’ section.
- available for you to select when you apply for a course in our online application system.
Payment options for students with a STUDENT VISA
Pay-In-Advance
For overseas students with a Student Visa who are undertaking Diploma Courses:
- approved for overseas students
- 24 weeks or less duration
Terms:
- Fees are paid in-full and in-advance, which we invoice to you after you sign your Student Agreement and it has been received and accepted by us. This must be paid before we issue you with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
- Fees held in advance are protected by a Tuition Protection Scheme
- Payment methods:
- international bank transfer
- bank cheque or draft
- All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
- All fees and costs associated with making payments are the responsibility of the student and are over-and-above our fees.
- If you require extra training and/or assessment beyond the stated inclusions and tuition fees for the course, this is charged to you separately at standard rates on a pay-as-you-go basis and payable at the time it is charged.
Payment-Plan
For overseas students with a Student Visa who are undertaking Diploma Courses:
- approved for overseas students
- more than 24 weeks duration
Terms:
- There are two scheduled equal payments:
- Payment #1: 50% of the tuition fees, which we invoice to you after you sign your Student Agreement and it has been received and accepted by us. This must be paid before we issue you with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
- Payment #2: 50% of the tuition fees, which we invoice to you 30 days before the second study period commences (at the half-way point of the course). This must be paid before the second study period commences.
- Payment methods:
- international bank transfer
- bank cheque or draft
- All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
- All fees and costs associated with making payments are the responsibility of the student and are over-and-above of our fees.
- If you require extra training and/or assessment beyond the stated inclusions and tuition fees for the course, this is charged to you separately at standard rates on a pay-as-you-go basis and payable at the time it is charged.
Payment options for students with ANY OTHER VISA
IMPORTANT: Students with other visas (ie not a Student Visa) must ensure that the duration of the course they wish to enrol in is compatible with their visa conditions, and their length of stay in Australia is sufficient for the course.
Up-Front
For overseas students with other visas undertaking CASA Courses or Other Courses
- Only available for courses where a Student Visa cannot be used
- Fees are paid in-full and in-advance.
- We will send you an invoice at the time your enrolment is finalised.
- If you require extra training and/or assessment beyond the stated inclusions and fees for the course, this is charged to you separately at standard rates on a pay-as-you-go basis
- Payment methods: international bank transfer
Pay-As-You-Go
For overseas students with other visas undertaking CASA Courses or Other Courses
- Only available for courses where a Student Visa cannot be used
- An initial down-payment of fees is invoiced to you at the time we finalise your enrolment. The down-payment is 2% of course tuition fees, or $200.00, whichever is the greater.
- Payment methods: in our online enrolment system by debit-card or credit-card
- Fees are due and payable on-the-day following each lesson, briefing or class.
- Payment methods: at our counter by cash, EFTPOS or credit-card.
