It is important you are aware of information that will assist you to make the right decisions prior to your formal application and enrolment with us. This handbook has been designed for this purpose. Please take time to go through this information before you apply for a course and before you accept an offer of enrolment. It is your responsibility to access this information and be aware of your rights and obligations. If you do not understand any of the information provided, it is your responsibility to contact us and ask for clarification.
You are welcome to request an informal pre-enrolment information session with one of our senior staff. The session will be conducted at a mutually agreed time, and the information will be conveyed verbally in a simple and easy to understand manner. This can occur at the time that you apply with us, or together with your interview or aptitude test (where relevant). You are encouraged to ask questions and seek information at the session. We may organise group information sessions for some courses.
Our staff will make every effort to ensure that prospective students are made to feel welcome, relaxed and are afforded every opportunity to clarify their expectations in seeking a training and / or assessment service.
